    Right, here goes, lets see how I get on :D

    Thursday ~ Master Bedroom and Landing
    Level One
    [STRIKE]Declutter the floor.. and vacuum it![/STRIKE]

    Strip the bedding, wash and replace! - this is done at the weekend
    Level Two
    Vacuum the dust mites off the mattress and turn it if you can! Will try to remember when we change the bedding
    Declutter your make-up.. it breeds all manner of germs!! and bin any ancient smellies - N/A only have one of what I use, to tight to buy more
    Organise the towels and spare bedding.. fling what needs to be flung! N/A all folded in airing cupboard
    Level Three
    Find 5 items from each cupboard to be binned/charity shopped.. pairs of things can count as 2... holey socks, pants with no elastic etc.. N/A
    [STRIKE]Clean fronts[/STRIKE] and behinds [STRIKE]of radiators![/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Wipe tops of upstairs door frames [/STRIKE]


    Extras
    1. Sock pairing session.. you have to pair up at least 20 odd socks! - N/A all paired up as they are put away, don't even have an odd one waiting for its mate in the washing at the moment :D
    2. Clean vacuum innards, pipes and filters.. do not use again until it is all dry!
    3. Wash some stinky trainers!! .. We all have some! Nope :D
    4. Mend 1 item you have been putting off for weeks! Nope, no mending either.

    helen I should have been clearer - I am looking for cd's that are useless to put on the garden to stop the cats using my front borders as a toilet - apparently they dont like the shiny surfaces ! Yes any that are sellable will be on ebay!!

  • Thanks Toots :) when you say white toilet soap, do you mean soap that you would put on the basin to wash your hands? I feel really ridiculous asking, but it has crossed my mind that you might be talking about some other kind of toilet soap :o:o:o

    Monday ~ Living Room, Porch and Hallway
    Level One
    Declutter floors and sweep/mop/vacuum
    Wash windows
    Level Two
    Clean doors and door furniture
    Check smoke alarms..
    Sort coats and shoes and bags.. fling out the ones that no longer fit and note who needs new wellies etc!.. oh.. umbrellas.. check all those too!!
    Level Three
    Wipe over sofas
    Vacuum under furniture you can move without damaging yourself
    Put away the final bits of christmas gibble
    Sort services/chimney sweepings and suchlike

    Extras
    1. Make appointments you have been putting off.. dr, dentist, optician etc..
    2. Clear and clean fire surround
    3. Sort through one hotspot.. see how long you can keep it clear!
    4. Wipe/dust electricals and sockets and switches!
    Tuesday ~ Kitchen, Utility and Dining Area
    Level One
    Wipe and replace small appliances
    Declutter and wipe work surfaces
    Level Two
    Sweep and mop floors
    Wipe units/appliances
    Clear and wipe window sills.. do not put back the junk.. bin it!
    Level Three
    Tidy, clear and wipe the top of the fridge and freezer
    Clean one small appliance thoroughly.. microwave, kettle, iron,
    Clean appliance filters.. WM, DW, Kettle, Vacuum cleaner.. cooker hood.. :p

    Extras
    1. Sharpen knives
    2. Order and organise the spices and sauces.
    3. Sort the cutlery drawer
    4. Medical box - restock and inventory. I'm sure a lot of us will have run out of the vitals the last few months!
    Wednesday ~ Study and Bathroom/loo
    Level One
    Declutter and mop/vacuum floors
    Clean the bathroom fixtures and fitting.. while the pc defrags!
    Level Two
    Polish mirrors and taps and pictures and shower screens etc
    Wipe over all the paintwork..
    Declutter the desk and clean the keyboard etc.. icky germs.. and shake out those biscuit crumbs!
    Level Three
    Declutter 50 emails and have 15 minutes filing/organising spreadsheets/debtbusting!.. see if you can alter any of these payments to free up some cash!
    Defluff behind the radiators.. and wipe the fronts so they look nice
    Clean the downstairs curtain poles/tracks.. furniture polish is a foolproof way of making the curtains run smoothly again!

    Extras ~ just 3 today as they are time consuming
    1. Gather insurance documents/guarantees/important papers together in one accessible file
    2. Change any dead lightbulbs and defluff any old ones.. if you can change some old ones for eco-bulbs.. save a few pence where we can
    3. Passports are being processed really quickly at the moment (stepdads took 3 days!) if yours needs renewing for a holiday this year get it done now to save that last minute panic!

    Photograph as much as possible to ebay on Sundays free listing day.. if you don't ebay BINBAG DANCE!
    Level Three
    Sort through ALL the childrens undies.. whose pants are dead? Whose vests are now crop tops?
    Sort through all the games and make them nice and neat (or disappear)

    As part of my flying I'm decluttering and have found about 10 part balls of wool - any great ideas what I could do with them or should I just fling? Some of the wool is a bit carp, but some is really quite nice.

    Oh, and I'm going to a HHC 4.45-5.15 before I just think 'pfffft who cares..' and do nothing for the rest of the evening! Any takers?

    Going to go and wash some dishes which should hopefully clear the pile, if not then the batch after tea will clear it. Blooming saucepans take up so much room and that flipping frying pan is still proving stubbon. It is almost done though - only taken me two weeks chipping away slowly with hot water & biological powder/salt/scourer/soaking. Next time I do liver I'm using the normal & not non-stick one so I can take a knife to it if it catches :mad::mad:
    Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
    Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!
