I am a Chelsea fan so no Liverpool apologist. But I think the penalty and the red card were the biggest influences on the game, not the manager.
Although I did think the timing of the sacking was strange. I thought they would wait until after the game today.0 -

Hardly going to change overnight was it. The poor chap only had yesterday and this morning to talk to the team. I doubt any Liverpool fan truly believed we were going to be thrashing United today with the manager only 2 days into his tenure.
