Yes, 1 month on Sunday coming since I applied so I may not actually get the cards until the full month has passed. I hope this isn't an indication of the quality of service you normally receive...0

Morgan Stanley - bah humbug - If only I had read this thread before applying too - applied nearly a month ago - they are now admitting, having told me they hadn't received my paperwork, that it may be in a pile as they have a large backlog and that it may be after Christmas before I get my card - so after a life without credit cards think I will stay that way...0

Well, cards arrived today. Eventually. For those waiting, keep the faith, there's still about 5 weeks until Christmas...

Hoorah! Got my card today with a limit of £4K - I can now get rid of my Egg card (limit £9600).
I checked and didn't actually apply til 22 October so about 3 1/2 weeks to process.
The 3% cashback isn't mentioned anywhere though.0 -
I applied ages ago and was rejected with a very ambiguous 'You did not meet our credit requirements' letter.
Oh well. Enjoy your 3% cashback, guys.0 -
