I applied for MS plat two weeks ago. Phoned new accts section today, as have heard nothing and no experian search registered. Lady informed me all apps go through processing dept first, and as yet no details logged on their system. They said there's a high volume of apps at present, but surely if you offer a good deal on bt, and advertise, they should gear up for the influx of new applications they're going to generate ??......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
Well exactly. Considering some providers give you an instant decision online within a few minutes, it's a pretty poor show from an outfit the size of MS. Even if the decision is in principle, they could at least get themselves into the 21st century and have online approval up and running. At this rate, I'll have lost a month of the 3% cashback and I'll have done all my Christmas shopping... :rolleyes20

I had no trouble with MS I applied and got one very quickly.I have had one since February and so far have 'earned' over £60.00 I think you can onlly get it in lots of £15.00 but as I am saving it up for my next years holiday I don't mind .It's great getting paid for using your own money.I use the card all the time instead of a switchcard and pay it off at the end of every month.I am very pleased with the company and they are very nice when you phone them up.0

Thanks JackieO - three times posting is really rubbing it in though...
Have found their customer services to be very good - it's obviously just the back office stuff that appears to let them down a bit IMO.
If I've not got the cards by the end of the week or PIN then I'll consider giving up on it. I'm happy with &MORE so far, apart from their no online account access yet, even though MS gives me cash back. I've got a good credit score and record with no blemishes at all - ever - yet they seem to be dragging their feet over this. Pity.0
