Buyer deciding to ask where item is, after 1 month!

I had feedback yesterday from a buyer confirming that they had received their item yesterday which had been posted on the 20th Dec - and they had not contacted me up to that date to say it wasn't there yet. Give me a patient buyer any day! They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0

OP, the thing is, if you sell enough on eBay, you might meet a scammer or two. You might also have RM loose a parcel or three. You'll generally never know which is which (unless you are really blatantly scammed by someone who admits they have the item) - the important thing is how you act. Even if you are convinced they are lying scum, there is no point in compounding a refund with also receiving a neg from them - so smile and suck it up, then claim back from Royal Mail. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0
