Thanks, the lollies are for everyone, will just be put on the sweetie table. Would you like me to post you one?? :D

That would be lovely - but I'm sure you have more than enough to do biscuitmad! Happy making!

I'm still waiting for my map to arrive to make my stationery -amazon/Royal Mail "guaranteed" delivery today, which cost me £6 in delivery charges for a £4 map!

I've been using Dafont for at least five or six years and have never had anything other than genuine files.
I say we take off and nuke the entire site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

Thanks ghostlove and wanchai. I've downloaded "English" to make my table plan and table names, but it looks like my map isn't arriving today. I rang amazona nd they said the guaranteed delivery today I paid £6 for apparently means it's due anytime before 12 July. Grr. This is my free weekend to make stationery stuff!

ETA: D'oh! Found the instructions - all good!

(Sorry girls, did I mention I'm very low-tech? I have the font file downloaded as a".ttf" file - it says "the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog 123etc" - but how do I actually use it in Word? I can't seem to copy the text from the ttf file, or choose the font in the word font menu.)

Windows makes it seem very difficult to install a font but it's quite simple really, but a bit long-winded:

Click Start, and then click Run.

Type the following command, and then click OK:

    %windir%\fonts

On the File menu, click Install New Font.

In the Drives box, click the drive that contains the font that you want to add.

Note The floppy disk drive is typically drive A or drive B. The CD drive is typically drive D.

In the Folders box, click the folder that contains the font that you want to add, and then click OK.

In the List of fonts box, click the font that you want to add. To select more than one font at a time, press and hold the CTRL key while you select each font.

Click to select the Copy Fonts To Fonts Folder check box. The new font is saved in the Windows\Fonts folder.

    Click OK.

(Copied straight from Microsoft's site because I'm not on a Windows machine so couldn't do it to write out the steps for you!).

NB: You'll probably have to restart Word (close all windows of it down completely and then re-open it) to see it in the fonts list there.

Impressed Biscuitmad. They are amazing, what a talent!

Quick update - FMIL is home. She's moaning and driving FFIL mad so she's almost back to herself!! Already saying she won't be coming to the wedding :( she's so negative, it actually hurts people's feelings. She has no idea :(

Hugs FutureCooper! That's good news she's home. I'm sure your FMIL is not intending to cause offence. My FMIL is also struggling to get better and is feeling a bit negative at times. I guess it's quite common after the trauma of a serious illness. My FMIL says she just keeps replaying the horror of her brush with death in her mind. It's obviously been very distressing for her. I really hope both our FMILs are on the mend, and can also make it to and enjoy our wedding days.
