I had my first dress fitting on Friday and I'm in luuuuuurve! Mr Ghostlove's eyes nearly popped out of his head!

Today I picked up some of the fabric the dress is being made of to give to the lady making my bouquet so she can match the colours and maybe even incorporate the fabric into the bouquet itself. I also spent £31 on paper cups, paper plates, napkins and plastic cutlery for everyone. Probably not a lot to most people but it seems LOADS to me for something that'll be thrown away!

Also, yesterday I bought the card and paper for the kids' activity books I'm designing, and designed the front and back pages, the "draw a picture of the handfasting" page, and the "how many of these things can you photograph?" page; my bestie is providing disposable cameras for all fourteen kid guests - not the 14 year old as we think he'd feel patronised at being included with the kids, and not the two guests who are under a year old! Going to work on it some more tonight I think, I've got more ideas than I have pages I think!

I've just been to my last personal training session before the wedding, must keep up the exercise myself now!

Have also booked the hotel for the night after the wedding, let the bank know that I'll be going away and emailed the band and DJ about various little things. Oh and did I say that I FINALLY found a perfect veil? YAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I know it's using up almost all my annual leave for the year though - and it means that I haven't been able to take ANY days for actual wedding planning!!

PinkPrincess my date twin i am waiting to hear anout a few little alterations my DM was doing too. Like you will ring her tomorrow if she doesnt call today (their sjop is shut on a monday or i'd be ringing her today but giving her the chance to catch up on all the weekends happenings) really hope she calls soon for both of us
