Well yesterdays hen do was good - go ape was brilliant, I loved it! But then we got to the restaurant later and the hen was sitting with a glass of sparkling water - and announced that she's pregnant! Talk about rubbish timing lol!

Good choice of hairspray Nat, I have that exact one on my dressing table at the moment!

I've done nothing wedding related, will need to write out a few more invitations for the evening bit soon. I really ought to see about order of services as I keep seeing people posting about them, I don't really get what goes in them though lol will have to do some googling!

Can't help you there as I don't know either, but I'm guessing you can't do them until you've chosen your readings/music etc and had them approved. So that gives you a bit more time to look at design etc.

Hey everyone, hope everyone is having a nice weekend.

Ive had a nice one, went to my sisters for the day yesterday and my oh and her oh and his friend went and played golf so me and my sister had a chilled day, went for some lunch and then watched a film (Curly Sue- as I loved it a child!!) and had a nap and then in the evening we went for Tapas- oh it was so yummy!!:D Then we stayed at my sisters and watched the grand prix and then have been chilling and I watched The Voice (I love Danny!!) and did most of the ironing (I had so much to do, Ill do the rest later when bgt is on itv2!!)

Havent done much wedding related, my sister did try on her size 10 dress and it fits much better, but thats about all Ive done!

Natalie- fingers crossed your pics will be ok. I think ill get ohs mum to colour my hair one evening this week, or maybe next week then I can get my photos done.

Smithkinson, would love to see your dress, could you pm me?

Melanie- how annoying about your oh not agreeing. WHat are his reasons for not wanting to inviting them?

Mel- Glad you had a good time at Go Ape, I would love to do that.

Welcome Joewa. How are your plans coming along? Also there is a few of us trying to lose a few lbs so if you need encouragement, or want to offer us some when we are flagging (I am seriously flagging at the mo!!).

Talking of being good, I need to lose 2lb more to reach a stone, I dont have any plans for a few weeks so Im hoping I can get back on track and reach a stone, then I will concentrate on maintaining it and toning.

So...it's time for bed in the Drinks household. And this is the end of the last main school holiday before the wedding. :T 'May' half term is going to be busy (hopefully) with MrD having the two bank holidays off we should be able to get loads of stuff done in the house to get it looking presentable.

Did I manage everything I needed to do this holiday - nope!! Cause of the sodding rain only three of the stumps in the garden (out of 15 or so) have been treated. So I haven't begun to dig the extended bit of the patio (the soil and grass will be transplanted on top of the dead stumps).

On the plus side we did the ceremony plan sorted and have agreed our readings and music. Just have to wait for MrD's sister to get back to us over which reading she'd rather read.

Well I hope everyone had a lovely Monday. What were your best bits? For me it was when I bumped into someone I used to work with, who still remembers me when I was 12st9, commenting on how well I look. I could have kissed her!!

Well this morning I sent off my passport application form :T Very excited about getting that back... lol already forgotten how I signed my signature lol. So for me the next 'weddingy' thing to do is book our plane seats and get additional scuba gear baggage on the 27th. (Which incidentally is the day we go see Steps - I cannot wait!!)

I think I might go have a nap till MrD comes home. x
