Ha - I was telling Emma earlier - I am cacking myself as well as being really excited!! Part of me wishes I was taking someone with me for moral support, but the stronger part of me wants the next time people see me in it is on the day of the wedding! I can't wait to see it short though - lol see how fat my cankles look in it hahahaaa

I was cacking myself too before going but also super excited and the excitement won! You are in for a treat :)

And I'm sure you don't have cankles lol!

My mum saw me in the original dress - but remember I've had the bottom chopped off :T The next time anyone (I know) sees me in it will be the morning of the wedding when my mum will help tie me into it! (Although I have heard that the bridal shop does lessons in how to tie a dress.)

I tried on my spanx and strapless bra earlier - and I didn't look as huge as I feel lol. I think I've got about half a stone to shift - but I've made a decision that I don't want to spend the next 3 months freaking out over my weight, being a size 10-12 is not fat. Especially when I have lots of other things to freak out over (like a job for September). :) I don't want the last 3 months of 'freedom' being unhappy :) I want to relish every bit of wedding prep rather than worrying about it all :D

:rotfl: I bet you dont have cankles Natalie! One more day and the shoe fiasco will be sorted!!:D

I dont want anyone seeing me in my dress all done up (and fitting:rotfl:) and with all my accessories until the big day, well I may show my chief bridesmaid but that will be it (mainly because she will be the one helping me into my dress and doing it up- although previously when she does has done a corset up for me Im sure she liked doing it at tightly as possible and inflicting pain on me!!:rotfl:). Also, only my hairdresser, chief bridesmaid, one very good work friend and another lady at work know how im having my hair and have seen the pics!! Ohs Mum asked to see the pics the other day and I told her no!!

I completely agree with this. Im sure the next few months could be a bit stressful for me work wise aswell- we are being outsourced so who knows what that will involve and how the new company invisage our department being run, so Im just aiming on losing another 1.5lb and then just maintain and tone up for the wedding.

Oh and thanks for the MAC advise, I have emailed them so will see what the suggest/ recommend.

Why can't things just be nice and easy? Just one stress in our lives at a time? Why do they all have to suddenly jump up and bite you at the same time.

You are more than welcome :) I was really impressed with the customer service I got from their emailable team.

Well I have *finally* finished the hedges :T they are looking so much better and neater - and I'm sure in 3 months time when I trim them again they'll be much easier to do having done this quick trim now.

Oh that's good Emma!! Although I don't know how you lot with younger children as bridesmaids/flowergirls cope with waiting till the virtual last minute to get their stuff incase they grow!! I would want to be buying stuff as soon as I see it... and buying them in a whole range of sizes just incase hahahaaaa
