SNAP!! :D After a stressful week and eating crap I need to shift this bloated look ready to go look at my dress a week today

Operation GTGISFTW Stage 2 will begin as soon as the looming grey clouds decide what they are doing. I'm not playing with electrical hedge trimmers if it rains :D We're getting a big skip delivered today :T so we can chuck out loads of crap from the house. How come we manage to collect so much junk!!

Wedding wise - I have just ordered two photo frames from debenhams - £18 each down to £12.57 each via their sale, an extra 10% off and free delivery plus cash back from Quidco. :T Not sure if they will be big enough (25x20cm) but I figured I can always return them if they aren't. They will be the gifts to our parents, with a photo inside. I think I'm going to print out "We owe you a photo" to put inside. That way we can give them to our parents on the day, rather than having to wait who knows how long before we get the CD from our photographer.

I'm now also looking for cheap aftershave for MrD. :D

Operation GTGISFTW Stage 2 (hedges) Part 1 complete. I've done the front side hedge - looking all neat and tidy again. Got the front top hedge and the back side hedge left to do but MrD has left the step ladders at his parents so I can only do their sides and not the top.
Skip still hasn't arrived so I can't enjoy chucking stuff out yet.
Stood trimming the front hedge I had a wave of enormity sweep over me. OMG I'm tidying up the garden FOR OUR WEDDING!! Not just cause it looks a state. _pale_
Soo much to do so little time (and money)!! _pale_

Operation GTGISFTW Stage 2 (hedges) Part 2 - nearly complete - have done the side of the top hedge but can't do the top. Can't reach :), and have got everything all set up to do Part 3.

So VTM how is your day going for food?
    I'm doing alright so far.
B - Branflakes, wheatabix and dried fruit with semi skimmed milk
    L - Homemade cockaleekie soup

Skip has arrived :T Already started filling it up lol - well from the bits I know what chucking - have to wait for MrD to get home to do the rest!

Guess who is on holiday :p Ha you do realise you are all going to get really sick of my updates over the next two weeks :p

So I have done as much to the hedges as I can reach - just got the top of two hedges to do - I couldn't find anything sturdy and stable enough for me to climb on to use. :D I did drag the patio table out to climb on (it's only a little 2ft square thing) but I had visions of me falling and then trimming my hands/arms/fingers off with the hedge trimmer. Not pretty so I soon decided against that one. (It was a little bit too wobbly for my liking).
All I have to do is take my trimmings to the tip, but I would have to put contact lenses in to do that (I don't like driving in my glasses cause I feel like I lack any peripheral vision), and I really want to give my eyes a break from wearing them. So I'll do that tomorrow.

So now I'm having a lounge on the sofa trying to find a new book to read. Until MrD gets home then I'll be helping fill the skip :T

Oh Ive been having a lovely lazy day!

I managed to find my bridesmaid dress in a size 10 on ebay and it finished today- got it brand new with tags for £18 inc p and p!! If it fits ok ill then sell on her size 12 dress.

Well foodwise I did ok last night, I did however drink too many cocktails and other drinks! I also had to run in heels to the train station and literally got the platform as my train pulled up, so that was so lucky! My oh very kindly offered to meet me at the local train station, which is probably just as well!!:rotfl:

Sounds like youve been very busy today Natalie. And well done on being good today. :D

VTM (do we know your real name??)- Were the cupcake samples for your wedding? I would struggle not to eat them all aswell!! I dont know how I managed to resist the 3 cupcakes we have here last week!! Do you have your dress already and does it fit nicely at the mo?

I should probably try my dress again soon, I really hope it fits and technically it should but part of me is a bit scared incase it doesnt!!

Hi everyone from sunny sunderland, we've brought my mum and dad up to meet my oh's mum for the first time lol. Currentky sitting in a pub watching the football!

I agree about the glasses Natalie, I would actually go so far as to say you should not be allowed to drive in yhem (not you personally lol, everyone!) I am short sighted in my left eye and wear contacts almost all yhe time,I hate, wearing my glasses because I feel that it only helps with rhings rgat are directly infront of me! The lack.of peripheral vision makes me feel.out of cobtrol, and ive got above average vision in the other eye!

Will reply to everyone proprrly soon, but as you can probably rell I'm on my phone do apologies for atrocious spelling! Sc
Ths signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it... :o

Emma - fab news about your BM dress!!!!! Fantastic bargain petal :T:T:T

Verytryingmummy - this is your lightbulb moment re eating! Good for you! I need to shift a stone in the next 3 months and most of us are trying to lose weight, so we'll all encourage you. :D:D:D:D

Natalie - wow, you are doing well with the garden, and as for getting up at 6am on a Sunday, I salute you! I am currently sitting in my dressing gown, trying to do some 'wedmin' :D - the to-do list is not getting any shorter, if anything it's getting longer!!! Eeek!

Still need to decide on makeup - MUA or buy some and let my BM do it? Hmmm...

I ate quite a bit yesterday, but walked about 10 miles so that made up for it. Also had a few drinks, so am feeling a little fuzzy today.

We went to a suit hire shop yesterday - OH changed his mind about buying 2 suits and decided to hire them instead. He went for a fab 3-piece suit and tie - he looked so handsome!!! :):):):):) So that's that ticked off. He just needs to find himself a ring and shoes and he's all set. :A

TWO days until I see my dress, aggghhhhhhhhhhhh!!! :j:j:j:j:j
