Melanie - that's great news about the original venue! 38 Fridays!:rotfl:That'll be the same for me too then! x
Rachel - It is 38 Fridays or 268 days if you prefer!!! I am getting married at 3pm, what time for you?? My H2B regulary sends me messages with the Friday countdown or even in hours sometimes. Half of me thinks its sweet the other half is scared stiff that the weeks are going down so quickly! We are both looking forward to New Years Eve at 00.01am when we plan on shouting 'We are getting married this year!'0 -

So you can nicely use my Friday countdown and adapt yours to a Saturday! haha. Its going to be a wonderful month of July as one by one the 'crew' get married. Us guys are right at the end so we get the best build up (or nerves!!).0 -
Hello all! Lots of posts today, yippee!
Mrs Drink, congrats on booking your honeymoon!!!! All delighted for you
FutureCooper, fab news about your refund, good that you didn't have to chase it. Now you can get on with planning once again! :T
pbny24 - thanks so much for the link to those jugs, they look great!!! :AToday is day 1 of diet (again lol). I'm pooped though - first day back and all. Lol.
I am dieting too, quite successfully, am just too busy to eat at the minute lol! Hope it lasts, I will have no problem losing weight at this rate! I'm lucky if I have time for a bowl of cornflakes for dinner the last couple of weeks, in between appointments! :rotfl:
Really must start thinking about invitations etc - even the designs, font etc - we can add the exact timings later.
We visited our venue on Saturday and got excited all over again. They are so nice and the place itself is lovely. It's all a little overwhelming though - I started picturing the day and got a bit panicky about it!7 Feb 2012: 10st7lbs14 Feb: 10st4.5lbs

wanchai - don't panick yet!:rotfl:It's lovely that you can go and visit your venue and get all excited! Me and OH have been to ours a few times since we booked - normally you have to pay to look around the house, but seen as we are getting married there we have season tickets!
I love to wander around and imagine how everything will look (and practice walking down the middle of the room where the ceremony will be, so pathetic, I know!
)
Next on my list is flowers and invitations. Really don't know how much to budget for flowers...
Whar's next on everyone else's to do list? x0 -

Pretty much everything!!! :rotfl: Dresses, accessories, shoes, rings, outfits for OH and his BM, booking hair and makeup, finding a church singer, all the practical stuff e.g. licences, stationery, the list goes on and on and on and on and on!!!!
We are paying more than we originally budgeted for flowers but got an AMAZING deal. Haggle like mad!!!!
Oooh, just laughing here at you practising walking up the middle of the ceremony room! :rotfl: I might do that in my local church sometime -when it's empty, of course. :rotfl:7 Feb 2012: 10st7lbs14 Feb: 10st4.5lbs
