Laura - come on FB :)

OHHHH When did you all facebook each other? I must have missed that bit, inbox me somebody! (That's if you want to lol)

Laura those invites look really pretty, liking the vertical bow and little flowers. I love the purple colour too except for the fact that it makes me want chocolate :rotfl:

I've just weighed myself and considering I was totallyunrestrained whilst on holiday I am pleased to announce I have only put on 1lb :T However the hard work will have to start in earnest now...

:) well done on only putting on 1lb Mel!! That is really impressive - I can put that on just by looking at something 'naughty' lol. I am back to being a good girl so perhaps we can help motivate each other :) (I want to get back to 9st for 9 weeks on Sunday when we go on Holiday). I keep telling myself that I could randomly get a phone call from the bridal shop telling me my dress is in and to go in so they can begin chopping the bottom off. And I will have to be within a couple pounds of where I want to be for that so it doesn't look hideous. That is helping keep me on the straight and narrow - and today I started formal exercise again. (In reality I know the chances of them phoning me now is very slim it's only been a month since I ordered the dress! And I know the dress won't look hideous on me now even if I'm about 9lbs above where I'd like to be). lol sorry that became a bit about me didn't it!! (You can tell when I'm in a good mood diet wise because I get a tad obsessive - one day it'll just be second nature - but it took me 29 years to get fat, I'm not going to have undone all that in the last 2 years. :)

I agree Mel - I think the big bow and the flowers on LauraL's invite balance the card out really nicely!

I sat and watched last night's Don't Tell The Bride today - every time I watch it when it gets to the dress part I get totally bridezilla and I want my dress NOW!

Thank you for adding me :) Anyone else I am the 'MK' that natalie has just added hehe.

I was quite surprised I didn't put more on but we did do alot of walking and I think that adds up when you are ambling around everywhere, so that probably helped. Thats good that you are getting back into some proper exercise, I have been really good while I've been off but will need to try and keep motivated when I go back to work!

Despite being at work contributing to my weight (had a tough day at work, cant be arsed to cook, get a take away), I actually find being at work easier to be healthy cause I can get into a routine better than when I'm on school holidays - get in from work, exercise, get tea, veg, go to bed. :) As long as I've been a good girl and have my week's teas planned so each night I know what we're having.

This sitting around during school holidays is lethal - I want to snack and spend lol. Again I've saved myself £69 on a pair of shoes by just not buying them lol.

Thats true actually, it's so easy to eat out of boredom during the holidays! I do find myself talking myself out of going to the gym in term time though, "oh I've had a hard day, I'm tried" etc - must get out of that one!

Well done for not buying the shoes though! Excellent willpower!

Okay not so good diet wise lol but I have just booked MrD and I into my fave restaurant for tea on the first Monday back after the summer holidays :) Will keep me going during the first day back! Plus it's good french/english cuisine - meat and veg with pudding - lol could have been worse - could have planned a dominos lol.

Oh and my willpower subsided - the MSE side of me lost out - I have just ordered this chemise for our wedding night :)
