yes white shoes and white bouquet and im going to get her pearl necklace and bracelet, the bouquet has got little pearl bits sticking out (if that makes any sense) x0
-
oh I love that dress. What a bargain aswell, and she could wear it again. Will look fab with white accessories and a nice bouquet.
I love pearl jewellery, me and my bridesmaids are having pearls, although im struggling to find my older bridemaid a nice necklace, at least I have plenty of time.
Well I was thinking a spa day, or like the other day they had a cake decorating session, something like that. I did think about going to see dirty dancing at southampton but it finoshes end of April which is a bit too early unfortunately, i would love to have seen that!! What are other people doing for their hen dos?0 -
I did a days cake decorating course - it was brilliant - but I'm not sure if it's suited to a hen do - the reason I say this is because it involved a lot of listening/concentrating - rather than being able to have a giggle and mess about with your friends/girlie family members. But it was a great day and I would love to do a proper evening course in it! Lol you never know if you invite enough hens close enough to your day you could get all your wedding cupcakes done for you! Now there is an MSE idea ha!!
You know what I'm doing- just me and my CBMIIWHO, getting our hair done, a body scrub, fingers and toes nails, and a meal at my fave restaurant.

I like the idea of something to do in the day then going out for a meal on and on to a club. Im seeing my sister tomorrow (chief bridesmaid) so ill have a good chat and moan with her and hopefully we can come up with a plan of action.
Im currently looking at spa days!!0 -
oooooo ... i am so doing a photo booth.. ive seen this I have a DSLR camera i will buy (try and borrow) a tripod. Buy a remote and spair batteries. it shouldnt cost me more then £20.0
-
The cake decorating thing would fit in with that - do a days course, go for a meal and gossip, and then onto get sloshed!!
Lol perhaps if you're considering a spa day it should be: go out get sloshed at night, the following day go to the spa and nurse yourselves better other wise you may undo any good when you go clubbing!

LauraR - I love my tripod - ha I have taken so many photos of myself with it recently!!
I think the idea of a photobooth is brill. And so DIYable!0 -
Oh i do think those photo booths are a fab idea. The ones Ive seen on here look like the people had so much fun.
hmmm, i wont be doing a photo booth (the only person with a really decent camera is my sister and im not sure she would be happy leaving it on a tripod with kids and my clumsy grandad about) but I may incorporate a little prop box for my kiddies photo activity.
Natalie- Wheres your ring photos??0 -
I think so natalie, if the photos are pants it wont matter and it wont cost a fortune like a disposable would, the room where we are haveing the reception is huge and iv noticed we we have gone they have screens so im going to see if we could use 3 to make a "booth" area and get some nice fabric to make a back drop.
and yes where are the ring photos....0 -
LauraR Love the bridesmaid dress:D The photo booth looks good
Emma sorry to hear your having abit off hassle with the hen party. What i'm thinking off doing is maybe a spa day with my nanny, mum, sister and BM then a meal with OH mum, nan and my close friends, then go to town after.
Natalie i'm waiting for the photos!
Mel Lovely dress and what a bargin:D
Well i did book the honeymoon but i got a call today to say that the owners don't allow infants so we can't book it. So, i'm going to have another look at places.
We have been busy today - nothing wedding related but starting to sort the spare room for the nursery - we managed three black bags full off stuff to throw away:o!0
