I have just been through the section "How to Book your Break", the subsection "in-depth booking process and cost calculator", the "20 Things Every Sun Holidays Fan Should Know- Terms & Conditions", and the downloadable Booking Form (I am at home, so doing this online)

I cannot find any reference to online bookings requiring retention and subsequent sending of the tokens.

Perhaps somebody could clarify on this? Is it perhaps in the booklet or on the priority form?

Hi! I'd like to pick your brains! We usally go away with the mother and sister in law, but it was too cramped in one caravan last year, so this year we'd like to book 2 sun holidays, same location/date, but 2 caravans near each other, had a look in the T&C's and it looks like the only way is by post Dont fancy my chances by post of getting the site or the week I want. Does anyone know of any way round this?

I can't see anything on my priority booking form or in the booklet I was sent. I also can't see how they can ask for the tokens to be sent in as once you've booked online are they going to ask the parks to wait until they've received your tokens before actually confirming the holiday?

Hi does anyone have a priority code they won't be using this time? I really need a break and they have not sent me one out this time. I have been in and out of hospital 4 times in the past 9 months with my crohne's disease and am getting a bowel op in March and my daughter is getting an operation on her foot in may so we really need a break and going abroad because of the above reasons is out of the questions. Its really annoying me the amoung of people sellign them on ebay for £30!! when genuine people like me want to use them to go on holiday. Every other time i have tried to book it the normal way by post i have never got one.

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone has one I could use. my email address is shazzamac@btopenworld.com
