ok so so far today, i have done some washing, made soup washed up, thrown out the carp in the fridge and decided what im wearing tomorrow, and sorted my lunch, just need to convince myself i need to get up at stupid oclock and go for a run!0

Goodness me, that is a lot! Glad the timer idea sounded good to you too! :j
All I've done is make a roast dinner and chat to my best mate for an hour on the phone! (It's ok, free weekend calls! Actually, may have gone over an hour... so BT will charge... OOPS must keep an eye on that next time!)
And yeah, trying to do too much all at once is a stressful experience... be kind to yourself! Focussing on a couple of goals at a time is often quite enough!“Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goals.”

This could be me, I have a lot going on right now and most of it is waiting for others, plus a huge amount of paperwork to do but i keep thinking of other things to do, tidy etc. head in the sand really. But I know once the other bits fall into place (if they do) then I will be more focused. If they don't and its all a big no then I can also move on IYSWIM.
So in the meantime we can be all over the place together, roll on the Spring when we can think about sunshine
OOOOh and 5 watchers on the wii, one is an old friend who wanted to know if I had a buy it now price, but as its had a bid I cant pull it and sell it privately.

Well done on the listing Missy, I really need motivation too. Have plenty of clothes going on ebay but I'm just way too tired or lazy to put them on. But decided that Thursday is the day when I will do that, I have a day off so no more putting it off later. And well done on run as well, you must be feeling really good afterwards!0

thanks my lovelies, well I was really good this morning and ran 3miles!! with ease at that, dont know whats wrong with me lo, was going to do some more tonight but am running 4 miles tomorrow night with a friend and dont want to embarrass myself by being rubbish. I feel pretty rubbish too as I have a stinking cold!
Just had a thought, I spend an absolute ridiculous time on the internet, literally from the moment I get home almost until the moment I go to bed!! So I had a thought, what would I do if I turned it off..... I wouldn't just sit and stare into space I would have to do something, so I'm thinking I might just turn it off. I think it actually, and I know this sounds a bit strange, but I think it might be quite liberating! It's just a habit I have got into and it is pretty hard to shake! So I'm trying to decide if I am actually strong enough to just turn it off, I suppose it is kind of like my lifeline to the outside world as I am by myself so much.....0 -
I turn the programs off and the screen off but leave the machine on as I get fed up waiting for them to boot u. That way my brain thinks is off but if I need it quick I can use it - clever ehOne small step for ME, one giant leap for my family!
