!!!!!! !!!!!! !!!!!!, just wrote a long post and lost it!!

Basically was just me running on about being super excited as I made £60 on ebay today and am hoping ot make some more as I have listed another lot of stuff, which will be my spending money for next month as apparantly me and OH are meant to be going away??!!

And I need to find another fiver from somewhere as I am going to have my haircut on Thursday and didnt sell very many eggs so I'm hoping that I can sell £4 worth during the week before then!

Have to say am feeling really pleased with myself and full of it how I've managed not to buy anything, even sell stuff and have managed to eak out my petrol, I guess I'm so competative even with myself I don't like to fail at anything. Using the credit card would be failing where as doing everything in my power to not use it and make some more money on the side is winning! Crazy aren't I!!!

Well have done some more decluttering today and have cleaned out chickens although am really paying for it with my back now. The upstairs of the house still looks like a bomb has hit it though but thats just due to the clothes everywhere that I am slowly ebaying. I don;t feel like I've done much in the way of decluttering, but I went through all my jewellery, make up and all of my paperwork and have chucked a binbag full away so not too bad I suppose.

I have decided to have a go at making my own clothes, just simple shift or smock dresses to start wtih as I have a sewing machine, anyway when I couldn't sleep last night at 1am I went through all of my ebay clothes and found some that could be easily adjusted into something else, or lots of bits made into a patchwork dress etc. So that is what I am going to do.

Really dont want to go to work tomorrow I jsut want to stay here and tidy and make things.ho hum. Hope you're all having happy weekends.

The weekend definately went to fast :(.

Well done on the ebay. I wasn't around on the free listing weekend so missed it but will do the next one. Nothng like a challenge to get you going!

We did a repair on my car at the weekend (I've not driven it for a month as waited for a part and warmer weather :o) Cost me £100 to fix, a a garage would have just replaced the parts so I would have been looking at probably £250 parts plus labour . Will be driving it slowly for a few days to make sure all ok ;).

hey pippa good saving on the car hun!

Well its tuesday and i am already knackered, really not sleeping too well at the moment, not sure why. Was meant to start on my new routine yesterday and ended up doing absolutely nothing when i got home apart from going onhere!! Really need to sort my life out, the good thing is i still haven't spent any money apart from on petrol so alls not too bad. Just need to get my !!! in gear tonight and do some studying and do some exercise oh and not eat 5 rocky bars in one sitting!!

so thats it for today, might have to go and get some fruit as that might be another reason im so tired havent had any for a little while, will need to get petrol anyway so might as well pop in at the same time, am determined not to be a porker for when OH gets home, or atleast be less of one!

not feeling very motivated at the moment, although i have done well this week, went on 2 2.5 mile runs and went out with a new friend all day on saturday, also listed 8 things on ebay last weekend which have got some bidders on. Really really really lacking in motivation today though, as in, i have done absolutely nothing. But I don't know why i am so unmotivated, I get cross with myself because im so lazy but it isn't enough for me to actually do anything about it!!!!!! I think i feel worse about it because my new friend is so wonderful at filling her time and not sitting about feeling sorry for herself that I just feel even more guilty!! Really need to do something about it, but what?!! Any motivational tips would be more than gratefully received.

On a better note I sold some eggs yesterday, another £5 in my pocket.

Right I best go and do nothing then ho hum, i frustrate myself so much sometimes!!!!

Cheery Daff's timer method works for me - I use my phone, set the timer for 15 mins then stick the phone in my pocket and just try and concentrate for 15 minutes! Then I can either have a 5-10 min "reward" - fresh cup of tea, chat with Mr Lotti, a look at the diaries, or 10 mins of watching something trashy on iplayer, or set the timer again and do something different for 15 mins (Daffs tends to do the latter... I like my rewards system!!:D)

Anyway it sounds like you've got tons done this week! :T So don't beat yourself up - perhaps what you need is a proper lazy day today, then start afresh and motivated tomorrow having properly enjoyed your time off!

hey lotti lovely to see you, and I think you're method is a really good one, I guess i could easily work for half an hour, especially if i could reward myself with 15mins of something like half an episode of something on i-player.....I could go out for an hours run and then i could watch a whole episode, or go on the cross trainer and watch i-player that could work! oooh thanks lovely!
  • Breaking things down works for me so at least I get to cross things off :D.

You did well getting 8 things on ebay. I put our wii and all its bits on yesterday as we have an xbox with kinect and its got a bid and watchers already - it wasnt getting used and I kept moving the wiifit board around!

Just listed 9 more things on ebay, so fingers crossed they sell. Have a bit on one already, crazy! Its really funny, I seem to be getting some parts of my life sorted and other parts just fall by the way side, I think I am trying to do too much all at once. I think I will try and get things to fall into place piece by piece rather than push them. But I will get there, right washing is in the machine, really need to go and liquidize my soup!
