Yes, been a bit quiet cause of all the things I have going on. How do you manage 2 OU course at the same time? I feel that I've taken up too much, just can't find time for anything.

Re rice pudding in slow cooker, it's so yummy, isn't it? I did it once, must do it again. Though not now, I need to lose a stone I gained over the last 3 months- injured my knee so couldn't do any exercise .but back on track, marathon training starts again tomorrow...

aaaahhhhh I have an assignment due in on thursday on romantic writings and for some reason I dont seem to have the book I am supposed to work from, I have literally looked everywhere.

It is totally my fault, I can get another one delivered by tomorrow but it is going to cost me £27!!!!! So so cross with myself for not being more organised!!:mad::mad::mad:

Has obviously taught me that I need to carry out my new years resolutions and be more organised and prepared!!!!!!!! I think I have managed to find a copy of the book on line but its not the best format for reading, but atleast it saves me some much needed pennies, but am still hugely cross with myself and have properly learnt my lesson! Will definitely not let this happen again, and therefore saturday night and sunday will be spent properly decluttering and organising myself, as at the moment it is ridiculous. It is in even more need now as I went at the house like a thing possessed looking for the book!!!!!!!

Hope you manage to find the book, try and visualise where you last saw it. (Didn't help me find the pump adaptor for the lilo at the weekend but the experts swear by it .)

hey pippa no I didn't find the book, turned out i had to order it, but have been on the forum and very few people seemed to know about it, so it wasn't just me, but then if i had been more organised I would have known!

Money is super tight, so am trying to come up with ways to find money. One of the things I have listed on ebay is up to £20 already so thats good, but before that will finish I need to get petrol and go out on friday for work. I would say no to going out but I would be the only one that didnt go and as I haven't long started I want to make a good impression, it wont cost more than £20 could just do without it really, but i really like the woman who's leaving too so I want to go.

I think I also have bank charges to come out as I had a returned direct debit before christmas, ridiculous I know, but I think that's £10, robbing b*$£@&)$ but then if I had been organised this wouldn't have happened, and I am point blank refusing to put it on the credit card. hmmm also need to get chicken food at £7.50 too!!!!

And I have a credit card bill of £130 to pay next month so need to come up with the money for that. I feel a bit rubbish about things being this tight, but I know it was only because of Christmas and that I am more focused and organised now, it's just annoying.

Which means I am £50 short!!!

Well I'm hoping to get atleast £20 for my ebay item, so that leaves me £30 to find. So Sunday is going to have to be Ebay day, I'm trying to think of what I've got that would actually sell! Will try and put a couple more things on tonight, but really need to get on with my assignments.

Also going to try Music Magpie and see how much I can get on there.

Need to sell some eggs too. So hopefully this month should more or less be sorted.

Next month is a different matter though.

Which leaves me £65 short not £20 over like I previously thought!

Again I think ebay will have to come into its own, I think I've got odd bits of Jewellery I don't want which I might get a little bit of money for, not much mind, Crikey this is rubbish!!

Then the month after I should be ok and can concentrate on being out of my overdraft. hopefully!

On a more positive note, someone said that I should be paid for the extra 45minutes I do at work a day, so I will find out if I can which will be another £90 a month, even if they only pay me half an hour a day I will get £60, which will go a long way towards my petrol!

While you are still training can DH not take on your share of the bills as you will be able to contribute more once you are qualified?

he has taken on half of my share already, I hate not paying anything my pride stops me from getting him to pay it all, plus I still feel like I am doing my bit which is important to me. Good thought though.
