well im back and trying to get on with my assignment. Today has been an ok day, have been really good and haven't eaten any crap, which is a huge turnaround as since christmas I have had very few days of eating anything other than sweets and cakes, feel a lot better for it too strangely. Haven't managed a run but I'll get there. I'm going to spend a day next week (half term) going through all of my crap and getting rid, as I think memory girl said on her thread ages ago, stuff that is cluttering up your life is just toxic and makes you feel bad, so sort it! Really need to take this advice! So next week it is...... really liking the idea of my 50 day challenge.... fingers crossed I can do it!

things to sort out in the next 50 days:

declutter everything so I have a decent study space and my clothes are organised and whittled down to the essentials, so go through: shoes, clothes, underwear, toiletries, jewellery, books, kitchen stuff.

Sort out the middle room so it is a nice room to work in and get organised so I can do my assignments in it: so declutter junk, get desk and chair, organise OU stuff, and sort out proper study plan.

fitness and diet: started this, just need to carry on the healthy eating and not give up at the first hurdle, like normal! Get running, which will come when I'm more organised so can go running instead of spending all my time getting food ready for the day in the mornings and spending all evenings working on assignments.

Keep ontop of the housework: again all stems from being organised in the first place!

hmmm will have more thoughts as soon as I have started any sort of work on my assignment!

    morning

well have actually figured out what I have to do for my assignment and printed stuff off, going to get right on it when I get home. feeling better which is a bonus.
  • The hardest part is always starting it, so well done!

I'm the same here over stuff/toxic/tidy areas. But gradually things are going, I decided not to do ebay as they are taking such huge fees now, and its time consuming uploading details and pics, so I've put stuff away to car boot. That way its in the loft (which is full of carp other people might like to buy :money:) and out of my way.

Car boot round here are now £7 a time, but thats still better than ebay fees and I can sell stuff that would cost too much to post.
