Hi guys and girls was in currys.digital today and bought a bargain wireless networking kit. Thought i would share it with you as I have just set it up and works really well so far!!

I was going to get this package from PC World, but I work less than 100yards from a Currys.
They had both units in stock and would have come to well over £110. Once I told them that their sister company did them both for less than £40 they looked on their system and matched the offer there and then.
The unit I got (Model numer WRT54GS v5.1) is also able to be flashed to use Linux firmware enabling all sorts of wonderful controls normally only available on VERY expensive routers. Any flashing is at your own risk though. I absolve myself completely. Be careful.
Just Google for DD-WRT and WRT54GS. There is a lot of info out there about it.0 -
