Cancelling a vodafone contract

You should be able to upgrade your contract to iPhone. That is what my son was told and did. I am presuming you had the iPhone bought outright though?????
Depends on the contract and helpfullness of the customer service agent.
Your Plan contracts are supposed to be fixed for the term of the contract with no changes.0 -
Hi Sportynomes,
Absolutely typical isn't it - The number of videos and books I've had two of because of Christmas presents over the years is massive!
To clarify, AnnS was spot on - if the handset was purchased directly from Vodafone, whether via the phone, our website or one of our stores, then you have seven working days in which you can arrange to cancel without penalty if you so wish. It's only third party vendors where this may differ, just as the returns policy Guy's Dad linked to specified, but you’d need to check with them. You're certainly not penalised for using the phone as we want you to try it and ensure you're comfortable and that it's suitable for your needs.
As far as changing the contract to an iPhone one goes, as has been mentioned you cannot reduce the cost but you can switch to an equivalent iPhone plan. If you want to discuss this, we'd need to get to your account so just fill in the form here with the reference "WRT135" in the subject line and include a link to this thread and we'll be happy to help.
