    I know EH and she had 3 in her lovely cottage for 3 weeks and over Christmas. She said that Moo was very helpful with wrapping the presents for her!

    I have just been pretending that I am Gordon Gecko from the film Wall Street.................Buy, buy. buy euros.................................. my knees are knocking and my head is spinning but I can now totally understand KC and her trading bit. Very exciting stuff. Off for a lie down in a dark room.

    I am now designing the rooms of my future abode in my head. Now that isnt pointless just a bit previous.

    My dad sold his house last week and then spent the whole night awake planning furniture for a house they will not even start looking for until the summer!

    Ok, there is only so much pointless doing that can be done. I guess I need to get going and do something useful today. So here is my plan
    HOME
      [STRIKE]
    • tidy 4 boxes away after sorting through paperwork Now have 2 paper recycling bags for the tip. Bank statements back to 2006 are nicely shredded[/STRIKE]
    • set up second desk in office for sewing machine and old computer for spreadsheets
      [STRIKE]
    • mop kitchen[/STRIKE]
      [STRIKE]
    • make twinks hobnobs [/STRIKE]
      [STRIKE]
    • strip beds [/STRIKE]
      [STRIKE]
    • wash bedding [/STRIKE]

    FOR ME
      [STRIKE]
    • Read blogs [/STRIKE]
    • write a blog entry for homey blog drafted - needs pictures
    • have a long hot bath

    • MONEY
      [STRIKE]
    • meal plan for the month[/STRIKE]
      [STRIKE]
    • budget for the month [/STRIKE]
      [STRIKE]
    • write a shopping list within strict budgets for storecupboard[/STRIKE]
      [STRIKE]
    • email Austrian bank - can set up account via email [/STRIKE]
    • count all the pennies in the pigs and transfer to savings accounts

    MEAL PLANS
    • MONDAY - vegetable bake with baked potatoes
    • TUESDAY - Pasta dish with garlic bread
    • WEDNESDAY - Curry night
    • THURSDAY - Old fashioned night (eg, egg and chips/sausage and mash)
    • FRIDAY - Rice night (eg Rissotto/kedgeree)
    • SATURDAY - (homemade)Take away night (chinese/indian/pizza/sushi)
    • SUNDAY - Veggie roast day
