  • Hugs for today, just try and remember the good times :kisses3:.

Fingers crossed for the sale and move, any chance of bridging loans etc? Will Mr C be moving too? I thought you wanted to go to Germany, but if you have friends in Austria thats a real boost :T.

baby was scrummy and cuddly and seemed so small for a "big" baby. He is a third bigger than my boy was!

Oh yes Mr C will be coming along. This is part of the long discussions we have been having regarding putting ourselves on a firmer footing so to speak. The area that I have chosen is, in fact on the German Austrian border, not far from where I was at Christmas. So I get the best of both worlds. Never thought I could afford Austria which was why I was settled on Germany. Also not far from Saltzburg and a few large towns so lots of job opportunities and for fun it is in the Alps so skiing, tobogganing, walking and lots of outdoor activities, not to mention the fact that the place has possibilities for my longed for b&b.
I just need to focus and carry on with the motivation that we both have at the moment.
Wow, baby sounds like he did ok in the end after deciding to stay put. Babies are very scrummy when you can give them back.

  • So you'd best get the house and the flat on the market then!

Exciting times ahead, at least even if this one "isn't the one for you" (cos if it was you will buy it :D) you now know where you are going, now to just try and get made redundant too ;).

HA! - no chance of redundancy now. No money available and as the rules have changed I wouldnt get anywhere near the amount being offered last year, hence why I wanted it then.
So yes, the house is definitely for me assuming that nobody flies in under the radar and steals it! Flat is going on the market in the next few days. No need at the moment to put the house on the market but we will be sorting that one out in the next few months. I do need to do some financial planning and lots of other research. I may go quiet for chunks of time but only because I have lots to do. Will be difficult to keep too quiet. Had a bit more news today that means that right now I am buzzing again.

Did you know that you can now list on Right Move as a private seller so can avoid estate agency fees?

That is an excellent piece of advice. If you have a good solicitor there is very little that you need an agent for as a seller in any case, and the fees are extortionate for what they do.
