It is a bit like Q.co - do you use that??? Usually it is for buying online, where you go to TCB first and use their link to go to the website you want to buy from and then it tracks your purchase and gives you cashback. They also have special deals for cashback for signing up to new utility providers / bank accounts etc. They have launched this new section whereby they are offering cashback on certain supermarket items - you upload a photo of your receipt agains the offer and you get between 25p and £2.00 back depending on the offer. I always like to think of it as free money!!

Good, chilly Friday morning All!!

Well, it is that day of the week.... again! And this week it is rather dull. Everything is where it should be and doing what it should be doing. I have my first 2 receipt scans with Q.co reported as confirmed / tracked this morning, so that is another 60p due to me at some point. I have now put OH and DSS on a mission to pick up as many abandoned receipts in the supermarket as possible. Last night in S.burys a customer had left a receipt for 2 items on the checkout (self-scan) and it just happened to have a 2L bottle of coke on it which is currently on Q.co as a clicksnap offer, so I nabbed it, photographed it, emailed it to myself and uploaded against the deal this morning. 30p for no spend! Now that is what I like!!

This weekend has the potential to be a bit spendy. Off to see Stomp Saturday evening and staying the night, so need to eat and have a few drinkies as well (definitely not as many drinkies as last Friday!!!). The good news is that OH is away on a works jolly for 2 nights next week so the food spend will be lower (I am just going to eat out the freezer!)

Becasue I am impatient (and I wanted a reason to play with my spreadsheet) I have just looked up the 2013/14 council tax rates.... and they are frozen again! YIPPEE!!

Off to make sure my spreadsheet is updated accordingly!!
