Morning All! Yep - it's a sunny Friday here! YAY!! :j And tomorrow is my Saturday off work! Here's hoping the weather is as good as forecast!!

So - my weekly update... (as usual, in no particular order).....

• OH still tick-tocking away in rhythm.
• Have logged onto my accounts - everything where it should be and moved some extra pennies (well pounds really!) over the the eSavers account.
• Managed to make the pennies in my purse last all week, so no extra withdrawal from bank account.
• No increase on Q.co balance - just haven't been fudged this week.
• Still haven't got my Coast items dry-cleaned - a must for next week.
• Car is going back in the garage tomorrow as apparently I have 'the wrong clock'!! I am slightly sceptical of this fact, so will be subtly marking the existing one (somehow) and quizzing them up on how that could possibly be the case! Cynical? Moi? lol

Garden update!!
(coz I know you are all still really interested!)
7 x carrots
loads x radishes
14 x onions
5 x potatoes, now recovered several times and growing like mad!!!
2 x tomatoes - now have more tomatoes on the plants that are plumping up nicely!!
4 x potential runner bean plants - mummy gave me some more!!!
1 x parsley plant. Still alive!!
Spicy salad leaves - seem to be a favourite of the slugs! Grrr - will plant more in a pot over the weekend!

Am hoping the weather will be good over the weekend as OH and I have agreed to get our fingers out and do a boot-fair on Sunday! Although I am not a morning person (in the least!!!) I like being out and about once I have actually hauled myself out of bed! We make quite a good selling team between us and it has 2 benefits.... 1) we make some money. 2) I get to clear some more stuff out of the house!!

Oooh, I forgot - got home last night, opened the mail, and discovered I have won 2 tickets to 'Moving Motors' at Goodwood, which is also the first day of the Festival of Speed! Hoping OH can get the day of work and then we can head over for that!! **excited muchly as can't remember the last time I won anything that I entered - although I did return £2.70 on this Tuesdays Euro Millions**

Right, work calls and then it's the weekend!!!

Just a quick update - I won at poker again last night! Winnings =£24.00 less the cost of the night in the pub £9.80 - gross profit £14.20!!!

Have just over £30 in my purse to last me all week! ;O)

Morning All!

Well, today is my Friday! At least in the working world, not the payday world! I have booked Thurs and Fri off as we are off to Goodwood! I will update properly on Monday, but I know you lot get a bit twitchy if I am away for too long!

So, intermediatary update (in no particular order!)...

• OH still tick tocking along
• Gym last night - now that took a lot of effort as it has been sooo warm down here and I really didn't feel like it - but I even managed a bit of a run on the treadmill (we tend to have a bit of a mutual dislike for each other!)
• Circuits to go tonight - not going to be fun as in a room with no air-con (unlike the gym). Luckily it is a little bit cooler today.
• No extra money taken from account, but that may change tomorrow!
• Nothing extra on Q.co - although have just refered a friend as there is a FAB mobile phone deal on there.
• Car is fixed and clocks now communicating as they sould do! (£251 for a replacement part - good job I wasn't paying!!)
• Boot fair didn't happen - Saturday got busy and we run out of time to sort anything - we WILL do at least one this summer though!

Good morning All! (Well, anyone who is still around!! It's soo quiet here recently - I am feeling a tad neglected! )

Not been around for a while myself though, so I 'spose I can't really moan too much (although I have been reading, just not posting!) The good news is ....... that there is no bad news!!! :j Everything is ticking along quite nicely - not denying that I was disappointed that I didn't win that HUGE Euromillions jackpot (think of all the shoes!! lol) - but its not the end of the world is it? Is it??

So, I 'spose I should do a little update.......(in no particular order)

• £100 transfered to OH
• £50 transfered to eSavers.
• Goodwood was amazing - and we saved some pennies by leaving it too late to get tickets for the Friday (£78 saved!) so although I would have loved to go, we will aim to go next year and get organised!
• Poker winning streak came to an end!
• Q.co balance increasing, a payout of some description would be nice now though!
• Fitness plan ticking along - have started forging a relationship with the treadmill (we have had a hate/hate relationship in the past). I am not a natural runner, but am chuffed I can now do 3 whole minutes running on the machine! See, circuits is short, sharp bursts of energy expenditure - I need to do some stamina training too.
• Starting next week, I am house sitting for just over 3 weeks. Upsides include hot tub, house is right next to work and their 2 cats just need a stroke and feeding; no walking them in the rain involved! Downsides inclue not seeing quite as much of OH - but I think we can manage!!
• OH is still in rhythm!!!!
• Car is heading backt to the garage tomorrow morning (I am sure there are better things to be doing on my fortnightly Sat off work! Exhaust has developed a different rattle now.:mad: It is seriously detracting from my enjoyment of driving it!
• My best friend is due to visit from America in 2 weeks time - good times are gonna roll!
• Discovered I can change my mobile phone + package in September, not October like I thought.
• Have booked a couple of days off in 2 weeks time - won a driving track day and have to do my 'indoor sky dive', so have combined the 2 over 2 days..... actually managed to book a Premier Inn hotel for the advertised £29.00 per room per night. I was in shock!!!!
• Still no bootfair or ebaying done!
• Hopefully there will be some overtime coming up as my boss is on holiday (his house I am sitting for!!)and his wife works here too, so I will be covering her work - and I just can't fit that into my day (can I??).

I think that is about it. I have officially given up trying to grow runner beans this year - 12 seeds and none grew! Oh well, we have everything else! Just hope OH manages not to kill them all whilst I am house-sitting.

I have decided to log 'key dates' in my repayments to OH, so here they are.....

Next week = £3,000 repaid!!! :beer: Sounds like a lot... well, it will be 17.6% repaid!!! (just so you know £3,400 puts me at 20% repaid!!)

I hope everyone is ok and winning, however slowly, the battle against debt?
