free voicemail on any t-mobile tarriff?

A friend of mine just called T-Mobile and they changed him over to the Flext 30 Plan with out any problems. If you are out of contract then you might well get a discount on the plan. (new flext plans include 08 numbers, voice mail,international calls, MMS)
