Reserved yesterday to pick up today, the price when put through the till was coming up at £5 more. They wouldn't honour it even when I showed them the reservation price. Manager was a right trout and didnt even offer to ring head office. Gutted.
    Might try a different store

Burnley extra wouldn't honour it - I tried this afternoon and failed. The manager was very polite about it but wouldn't over-ride the tills to that price. Well done to any who get them!

My store honoured the price. 2 bears for less than the price of 1. Now that's my kind of BOGOF! Thank you to the OP and to others who have posted recently or I would have missed this.

About 3 weeks ago I bought Brown bear, Winter outfit and skates for £15.99
Last night I tried the same combination and it came up at £9.98. So today I ordered the £9.98 set from the shopping centre branch. I then took those items with my 3 week old receipt to the other local store and returned them as a duplicate gift.

To those who have had the offer refused today, did you have a printout of your order? And did you ask about the option on the till to allow the reserve price? As managers have that option available to them, and Argos H.O. seem to know about the glitch and are thus allowing it, managers are just being petty to refuse. When the manager was adjusting the price of mine this afternoon she agreed that HO are probably ignoring/allowing the glitch as it is helping them to sell the remaining stocks of these before the new catalogues are out.

Been and collected mine today. The lady at the till said £29, I said oh the confirmation says £18.98. She called the manager to override the till to bring the bunnies down to 1p each.
When she pressed total it took another £4.96 off
    So I got 2 bunnies, 2 outfits & 2 accessories for £14.02

I've picked up another 2 sets todays
Got 2 bears, 1 messenger set, 1 sleepover set, 1 winter outfit, 1 rain outfit
again after the lady knocked the bears to £0.00 it took another £5.96 off.
    Total cost £14.01

They're great for my little girl and her friends birthday/christmas presents

Wow, cant believe this is still working
It seems wierd they are 'aware' of glitch but havent sorted it out after all this time and even more strange that they wont honour some even tho they are aware of it!

Might have to get one for DDs friend who has fallen in love with DDs one and tries to casually walk out the house with it everytime she is round :D.

Thanks for keeping the thread updated with new/added bits :)
