Design a bear @ argos glitch

There is currently a promotion on designabear at Argos -

Bear, dress and accessory for £19.99

however some items have been reduced and saving still kicks in so you can get the 3 items for as little as £12.99.

Bear alone is £13.27 so paying 28p for dress and accessory.
There is only 1 accessory at the moment for £2.99 (rucksack and cap) but you can still make a saving on other accessories as they are only a few £ more anyway making it £15.10.

It came up as £12.99 for me, but when I reserved at nearest store to have all 3 items in stock, the price changed to £21.25.

I added:

Design a Bear Rucksack & Baseball Cap £2.99

Design a Bear Bunny £5.01

Fashion Mac outfit £4.99

Total £12.99
saving £8.26

When I go to reserve at store, the bunny changes to £13.27. Thanks anyway, may work for someone else.

I've just done it with the Rucksack + Cap, Ball Gown Outfit and the Design a Bear Puppy, and it stayed £12.99 right the way through

My daughter recieved the bunny one at Christmas, i can highly recommend them as they are fab, the bunny bear is so soft and snuggley!
She did manage to get the fairy set for £4.99 last week.
I looked through the Argos Clearance stock for our local store.

Works for me as long as all items are showing as ready to collect if any of them are ordered for later collection it goes up to full price. I reserved but I now I feel guilty about spending when I don't really need this so I'm not going to buy it. Great find op.

Yes, thats the right price for items youve added.... it needs to be a reduced clothing item aswell for the better saving

Oh sorry, it worked for me right thorugh to reserve and ive printed a copy to take to store, just in case!

Edited to add - it may be what happened with Mookie, if an item is for later collection the price changes!? Maybe see what wasnt in stock and choose an alternative that is in stock, if there are any

So tempting!! Bought a set for xmas for daughter.... just seen cute outfit reduced to £5, could get it and accessory to match for £10 (ish) for her b'day in April, and for another £5 add a bear/bunny etc!! Decisions decisions...... maybe just get the dress for £5?? Question to ask oneself: does she need it? Answer: of course (not)!

If you search with just 'design' and not designabear, you will find some other outfits...

1 of them is a Mrs Santa one which is reduced from £9.99 to £2.99. We reserved this and collected it yesterday, it is really nice and it does also work with the 'glitch'

There is also an angel outfit (which again we picked up ) for £4.99

DD had some money sent and she wanted to ensure her bunny had a selection of clothes
