As long as you take a print out of your order confirmation they will honour it. They have an option on the till for honouring reservation price.

No, they don't have to honour it. They would not honour the skateboard glitch a few months ago for me and I had to leave them.

I dont know if ive done this 100% right but ive reserved
a cute pup, picnic set, party outfit, ladybird outfit, pink bunny, sleepover set, messanager bag, ballet outfit, prom dress, skates, lamb, brown bear and rain mac set for £56.93p. I may have been able to get it cheaper by reserving it individually or playing around with the order combinations but im happy

There is a button on their tills now. I first saw it about 3 weeks ago.

When I purchased my original Designabear 6 months ago I had to debate with the store manager for ages before he agreed to honour the reserve price.

I bought another recently and could see the screen with the various options.

Today I went to collect my order @£10.98. The till did its usual turn of giving a different price, but the assistant checked my printed order. She said she'd had another like that this morning. She called for the manager and explained. The manager pressed some buttons and the price came up as £7! The manager said to sell me it at that price

No luck in my local store this morning, price was not honoured BUT in fairness i didnt have a print out with me, the assistant said if i go back with a print out they MIGHT be able to do it but depends!
I reserved 1 pink bunny, 1 winter set and skates total price £9.99
Not sure if its worth the hassle of going back tomorrow especially if it doesnt get honoured.

Reserved a set this afternoon & picked it up on the way home from work. Gotta brown bear, casual outfit & hat n bag accessories set for £8.98.

The store manager, Darren, came over to the till when the price didn't match the order. He checked it out online & then called head office. They said that they are aware of the glitch but to honour the price on reservation. He then explained the error while I played dumb & pretended I knew nothing about it!! He was helpful, very thorough & after a 10 minute wait while he investigated the deal & glitch, he honoured the reserved price.

The OH loves it & has made me reserve another for her tonight!!
