    LOL @ chocolate snooker.

    So its Sunday and danger week is over and we made it, by the skin of out teeth but we made it :)

    Today I must begin an essay, I have 6 to write in six weeks!!! My own fault for leaving it to last minute, I have had six months. Submission is begin of March so I need to get my finger out.

    So start I must, but in a while :)

    Yeah we have to do a 'Post Qualifying' course, equivilant to a Masters and a proper pain in the !!!!

    When I say, have to, I mean they strongly advise you do it..................which means 'have to'

    I have avoided for too long and by sharing on here, means I will 'have to' do something now!

    Hi my friend has a bakery and she started in her garage to! She gets loads of funding from our welsh assembly government for packaging equipment etc do you? Also o do the haccp for her do you have one?xx

    It doesn't get easier does it LT? Thankfully I get paid on Friday (I hope) so we are good but the 20th Feb is looming and as hard as I try, it always seems to jump out at me without me having all my bases covered.

    Dinner ate..........diet or no diet I never miss my Sunday dinner!

    Did some study for essays but nothing to paper yet.

    My goodness Red - studying too? What are you, wonder woman??? :-)

    Best of luck with the studies, I combined working full time with a three hour commute, raising my kids and starting a new firm (as in not my own firm, but a founder member of the firm where I still work today, so lets of systems etc to get in place). It was flaming hard work! worth it in the end though.

    And yes, sharing will help as we'll be watching your pgoress - LOL
