On the ww site, many have said they have lost more in the weeks they ate full weekly allowance as well as daily allowance. I have never used the full weekly - in the whole three weeks I have been doing it LOL.
I suppose you could eat more bread. At 3 points a slice it fairly adds up!
How much is in a twirl? I have been eating freddo's as my treat, they are 3 points.LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.

Listen to you two, it sounds like chocolate snooker: a Curly Wurly's worth 3, a Twirl's worth 6 etc. :rotfl:
I was out to dinner tonight and had halibut cooked in lemon and something else delish cooked over charcoal and couscous. I don't know how many points were in it, and I don't care! It was low fat I guess, so not many
.
The chocolate fudge cake that followed was a different story, however! :rotfl:Please call me 'Pickle'
