I recieved my first mag today too the january issue but havenn`t recieved the chocs yet either so i phoned up the customer services & they said you recieve them up to 28 days from when you subscribed so mine should be with me the week before xmas.

Received my first copy yesterday too, again no chocs so cheers to lilkittikat for taking the trouble to phone CS to find out why!

I would love the choccies - is this the offer you are talking about?

Just wondered as it does not mention actual chocolates.

This must be a new one ... but sounds good too ...

See first post for details ... it ends on Monday though so you may be better phoning it in! ... also it states 28 days to get chocs so you may now get them after Christmas! ....

I intend to phone next week to check ... mine now over 30 days ...

Hello Everybody ...

A bit of bad news this morning ... I rang the 0870 National Magazine Helpline regarding this Subscription ... they said that the Lindt Chocs were now out of stock ... :mad: ... I stated that I had ordered my subscription on the first day of the offer becoming available and why had I not been allocated a gift ... they said they would get somebody to call me back! ........ A little hot under the collar to say the least!

I will let everybody know the outcome when they ring ......

i've emailed them about it too - what would they do in this instance? Would they offer a replacement gift, as after all, this was the main reason for my sub!!

I am not sure ... I have compiled all my info and am still awaiting a phone call ... however I have a number for the National Magazines Subscribers Queries ... If I do not get a call before 2pm ... I will call them ... My case will be simply that they have taken adavntage of people coming up to Christmas re: gift subscriptions ... without the intention to supply even a reasonable demand!

I will make my best attempt to get this offer honoured!
