Could you carry on working for a company where your knowledge and experience are treated with distrust and contempt?

I'd only stay there if i had no other options. Don't let the lack of a degree hold you back.. you just need to show some home grown experience on your CV and work your way up.

BUT.. you've got to leave if you don't feel valued
