    haha, i wish

Not having much luck here. I'd forgotten what a ludicrously high insurance group it is.

At this rate, i'm just going to have to wait for my insurance company to ring me back. I'm now beginning to question my sanity in fighting so hard not to have the car written off. I should have taken my chance whilst it was there, and just had it written off.

Got all my quotes back now. Looks like i'll have to do some serious grovelling to my insurer when they call me back, or maybe even call them. No one can touch them pricewise, and none of them offer the benefits i have with my insurance, ie breakdown cover, courtesy car, etc, etc, which is all included on my insurance. These companies are all offering a basic package, and huge excesses, and who knows if they will reject you, until you apply?

The only place can try now, is my bank. I'm sure i did inform them when i went bankrupt, but to be on the safe side, i'd better tell them again now the premium has risen so much? My insurance is'nt due for renewal yet, but surely they would'nt reject someone who has had insurance with them for several years, and paid their insurance too?

Mind you expect the unexpected when you are bankrupt.

Waste of time for me, but at least you get specific info from talking to someone.

They do ask the bankruptcy question, and they normally will only consider bankrupts one year free of discharge, although they did say come back on your discharge date.

On the plus side, they specialise in performance vehicles and work vehicles, so it may be worth a visit back to them, although i suspect they may be on the expensive side?

At least we all know now xx e-sure insured us
