Thanks for that I was under the impression that they were just Goldsmith vouchers, I now have a better understanding and I do see your point.
Perhaps Tesco should adopt shop specific vouchers with the T&C's on though
Maybe, but I really don't think a lot of people help themselves these days.My farts hospitalize small children0 -
Yes the T&C's are there and even on that link you have to go further to find out they are not to be used on sale items. So to me that is another example of deceiving the customer, important terms should be on the voucher itself.
Please explain where the customer has been deceived? The customer has a choice, £5 off your shopping or £15 off in some trinket shop. But hey, we have some < insert word like in a fill here > who thinks that mega corporation is handing out free money.
It is not, and that the offer can be withdrawn at anytime, one should be thankful if the opportunity to subsidise another purchase at mega corporation 20 -

I await you answer.
Hint. £3 does not become £9 without me giving conditions on how you can spend my £9.
The link you posted was to the T&C's, they did not mention that the vouchers was not useable on sale items, you had to go further to the full terms before you found this out. Hence making the T&C's hard to find deceiving the customer.0 -

Well done, you can find it! Not hard.
As with all offers, they can be withdrawn at anytime, without notice.0 -

I think you said something about speaking English earlier.
It is, I think "the vouchers were" or "the voucher was", but I would not normally presume to comment on someones use of language, but as you started!0
