I save £1k each month to buy and apartment to live. I feel it is very much difficult for me to save such little amount after my all monthly expenditures. I have to pay rent of my rooms, electricity bills, insurance, and many more expenses like this.0

Late March update!!
March was very expensive for me (for several reasons), so I'm declaring -£238 for the month, which makes my year to date total £248 and my overall total £85,087.
I've been stuck around £85,000 for several months now, and feeling a bit despondent as I've had so many expenses lately. I sometimes wonder if I'll even make it to £90,000 by the end of the year! But let's be positive
Also, I've seen a house that I love (and could comfortably afford), but it's close to being sale agreedGet to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Well done!!
My last post (Nov 2014) I said I had £58k. Now 5 months later that's £65k. However, I've car insurance and an expensive holiday to pay soon. So knock that down to £62k. I expect to have ~£70-71k by end of year. I'm putting money into P2P lending sites now.
Still don't know whether this money will be used for a home or as longer-term savings if I emigrate.
I'd love to beat you to the £100k mark, tara lol..!! But there seems to be a constant drag on my money.0 -
