Woooo payday!!!!
I've put £500 into car savings. I've got to wait for my grandparents money to come through (woo lucky me), then I will add £300 to ISA. Then I have £240 to live off for the month, which I should be able to do. I aim to only live off around half that, but goodness knows with me!
Oh yes, and I weighed myself. I now weigh just under 11 stone. 2 years ago, when I started uni I was 9 and half. Ha. Pretty sure thats not good! Least I don't look like a skinny boy anymore mwahaha.0 -

Still can't beleive I have this much, I have not had a proper part time job for a year now, and still to manage to always go up in savings and not down .. I'm really proud of myself! Haha!
Wonder how long it will take me to get to £20,000 ... Wish me luck!

Just realised my 8.5% A+L account runs out on 23rd August. Going to close it down then open it up again in 3 months (reliably informed i can do this) its a bit of hassle moving my dd's/SO's but it has to be done, the prem accounts gone down to 6% now which is a shame, but still better than most. Paid another £160 worth of coins in today so want to get as much interest as possible from that.Millionaire in Training

My plans are on track. Got paid this week and managed to put an extra £2000 into my share-based investment plan which means that August will see a total of £4000 into those funds, plus £250 into an instant cash saver, and £3785 into my pension plan.
Over £8000 into savings for August. Not bad :-)0 -

You're doing great, especially if you're not in full-time employment! £20k doesn't sound like it's too far off (only just over £1k away really). Should be sometime soon hopefully!ISA savings: £25,139 Other Savings: £1750 (tied up in bond)0 -
