    Plans for the weekend:
    1. Really, really, really start to think about Xmas. Being surrounded by people who don't know what they want doesn't help :D
    2. Sort out back up for laptop :o
    3. Plumb tumble drier in to washing machine outlet (i.e. fasten pipe to back of machine and ram in overflow ;)), admiring the shiny internal light as I do :D
    4. Buy and fit 2 cleats (twisty roundy things) for Roman blinds I have managed to put up :D
    5. Do mimimal food shop :)
    6. Which means, menu plan for the week :o
    7. Cook nice veggie lunch for Sat courtesy of ecoelle (or maybe jacket spud courtesy of nattypants :rotfl:)
    8. [STRIKE]Sort out clean washing currently sitting above new tumble drier, and do more, stopping to admire the shiny internal light again :D[/STRIKE] Done :D
    9. Clear leaves off grass :(
    10. Try to get well :(
    11. Look at spreadsheets and try to work out how I can pay everything I need to, feed regular savers and still pay off mortgage no. 1 by end of Dec
    12. Buy lino for mortgage 3and arrange for fitting of it and new cooker
    13. Arrange builder to go round to mortgage 3 to look at damp under window (easy fix I assume) and in toilet (not so easy ).
    14. Hope said builder isn't then prompted to send me bill for all the work he has done over last few months (see point 11 above!) :(
    15. [STRIKE]Drink no alcohol as Mr GG on call :eek::eek:[/STRIKE] Done (apart from the 2 G&T's for medicinal reasons ;))

Yup, hard wearing as it will be around for a while :).

I have tumble drier envy as I may have to wait for another 16 days before I can admire the internal light......although tbh I've still not cleared the utility room so perhaps the 16 day window is a blessing in disguise:D

Hope you have fully recovered from your lurgy and are feeling all:j and  and not :( and _pale_

    So, what have I done.........
    • Entered lots of comps. Had phonecall to say won £25 Ikea voucher :T
    • Cooked - barbecue pork chops, had one for dinner, frozen enough for 2 meals. Also chicken and cannelini beans :A.
    • Booked night away for next Sat with Mr GG, His treat (em, hope he's worked that out :rotfl:) as it's our 15th anniversary during the week . Eek, how did that happen :o. Won't be seeing him on the day - he has a posh work awards dinner and there are no spare tickets :(.
    • Spent around an hour recreating spreadsheet based on Mr GG's pension projections. Let's just say I won't be dumping him any time soon :rotfl:. Love you Mr GG :kisses2:.
    • Spent a further hour playing with my spreadsheets to see how I can retire earlier than planned. Hmmmmm. Managed to find a month or two .
    • Following on from that, have come out fighting with increased determination. Looking to see where I can save money. Well, for a start, going veggie during the week for one or two days will help so keep the recipes coming Ecoelle ;).
    • And, more competitions............ :)
    Laters babes :D.

Yup, pleased with win, though really looking for something of 3rd party value to pay off mortgage - they don't seem to sell on ebay. Will need to sell to my house account :D.
