    Madness, sheer madness :D

I hope you bought random fun nonsense that was entirely uncalled for and not 'needed'?
  • Wow, I turn my back for 5 minutes and you've had an anniversary, an early Christmas present and a tumble drier delivery! I can't keep up with you!

  • Evening GG, am taking a leaf out of your book for my birthday next year. I priced my favourite perfume up when I was away and it's going to cost a similar amount to yours. If I save all my Boots points until then, I may be able to buy some. I'll tell Mr T

    Thanks

Hopefully going to buy some pressies Weds night, so will start adding to them again :T. May buy a small bottle of a cheapo pefume for travel - am away next week for 3 days and have no other perfume.

Spendy day today . £15 for lady who altered my blinds, £12.50 monthly lunch out, £10 fat club (lost 1/2lb :rotfl:).

    Fag packet calcs:
Dec salary OP £900, of which £500 to reg savers, so £400 to btl, so that needs to be what is left. £120.50 reg OP from rent, £229.50 mortgage payment. That's around £750, balance at the mo is around £1,490, so need to pay £740 in Nov.

    £900 Nov OP
    £650 bonus (approx)
    £1,550.

Less £650 holiday = £900, - £740, leaves £160 to prop up house fund, which is needed, but no £500 left for reg savers in Nov.........

Off to find another, bigger, fag packet :o.

Hi GG - have you considered getting a perfume atomiser? I have a mini one from Travelo and they are great for handbags and travelling. You just refill them periodically from your large bottle of perfume :)

if you buy them in boots (£10) they fill it free of charge with the perfume of your choice, which I thought was awesome :D

I'll tell Mrs E about that, thanks! How does the cost of the Boots atomiser compare to others? From dim and distant memory, I think Mrs E spent about £7 on her last one? Still, free perfume is a good balancer...
