Have just posted elsewhere that the £80 I OP'd to joint mortgages offset yesterday knocked 1p off daily interest but I withdrew £40 this morning so it's gone back up again :rotfl:.

£250 rent money in so paid to offset and 1p off again :)

Peefer the mortgage pig just coughed up £40 :T. Overpayment made on own btl and 1p off that daily interest too, down to 63p :).

I am the only person in the world (apart from my boss) who doesn't actually want one. I can't really justify one just so I can keep up to date on MSE while I'm on holiday, can I!

:think::think::think::think: hhhhhhmmmmm, now you come to mention it :think::think::think::think: .

NSD :T. Actually, running at a profit as I found £5 inside an old receipt :D.

Busy day, shed decluttered (inspired by Mr Bloater :D), including the removal of one sweet little mouse :). Had to keep popping in to watch our medal tally rise.

Loved last night, even cynical Mr GG was up screaming at the TV and shed a little tear :D.

And that's probably it, though we do have a medal chance in the women's modern pentathlon :T. Looking forward to that, I loved the end of the men's last night, such good fun to watch :D.

  • Gallygirl... stop using those large, obvious emoticons... it makes it really difficult for me to read your thread during work hours!!!

Glad all going well though. Bonus cash note find - shame on you for misplacing it in the first place!

Just checked online banking. NO-ONE has paid my mortgages off overnight :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:.

    Not impressed.

I dreamt I was stroking a snake last night. Only about a foot long, but very, very thick, I think it was a slice of the massive one that was found in Florida. Best I don't analyse it I think :o.

I also dreamt I was trapped somewhere with a load of people and we had all been poisoned and out hearts were slowing down. I realised what was happening and phoned the police, fire brigade and ambulance service and told them to rescue us and bring adrenalin injections and Red Bull. In the meantime I ran round making very, very strong coffee. I worked that one out - I'm kn@ckered :rotfl:.

Being tied to a large wooden cross in just a leather thong felt strange at first. But it certainly kept the crows away from my cabbages.

  • I don't know... if it's not your emoticons rumbling me at work, it's your dreams freaking me out!

  • I really don't like snakes but I do know what they mean in dreams.... Only a foot long but very thick....:o:)
