Not sure I'm happy to hear about all these 3 mile walks you're doing, GG. How am I ever going to catch up? :p

Get well soon gally. I suggest a gin poultice is applied.

But what you put on your ankle, is entirely up to you :D

Come on GG, what have you done? Fallen off your sandles? Too many glasses of pop? You forget I've heard all the jokes, when disaster strikes.

    Take care sweetheart, Tilly x x x

Thanks for all the concern :D. Reports of my demise have been greatly exaggerated , it's just a bit sore, but a support bandage on it to be on the safe side. Still managed over 17,000 steps yesterday and over 3,000 by 01.00 this morning (walking back from pub :o).

No geckos were hurt in the writing of this post. Unfortunately none were photographed either :(. I did see 2 on the pub wall tonight so I will return with camera :T.

LBC (brum brum) won't actually make it to me till the start of next week I think, but good to know he's almost here :j.

:rotfl: Great way to get the next day's steps going :D ...as long as you weren't doubling the distance by constantly staggering off in the wrong direction :naughty: :rotfl:
a penny picker upper. MFW approx 78% to go | FIRE 3 years worth (30% savings rate: now aiming for 40%!) | Normality is a paved road; it's comfortable to walk, but no flowers grow on it | Whatever you're meant to do, do it now. The conditions are always impossible | The only thing you absolutely have to know, is the location of the library
