I think we need a girls weekend - Mr T, Mr MWC and Ahem can go to Portugal and the girlies can have good food, wine and rest
:):):)
2004 £387k 29 years - MF March 2033:eek:
2011 £309k 10 years - MF March 2021.

Not sure I'm happy to hear about all these 3 mile walks you're doing, GG. How am I ever going to catch up?a penny picker upper. Then she got lost meeting me before we had a lovely lunch and another 3 mile hike back.Money news - she has been advising me of the "pots" for our budget. I'll let her explain more but it does look like we will be borrowing from the petrol budget to finance the "eating out" budget
:rotfl:Basically we are still settling in so budgets will need refining. But surely it makes sense to allocate lunch before a 3 mile walk back home to the 'fuel' budget as it fuelled us up for the journey.
Yep she likes playing with MY money :A) to get Mr GG added.

Well I managed all of about 2,000 yesterday so quite easily :rotfl:.
MWC - welcome anytime, and I agree we dump the chaps.

Tuesday's Nature Notes:
- Beautiful flock of goldfinches on the rambla (dried up river bed), couldn't get close enough to take a pic
- View on the walk to Pilates
- Oleanders growing wild
- Housemartin's nest with groovy little porch-y entrance
No pics today but highlight was around 50 swifts diving and screaming like something out of The Birds , and a foot long lizard I saw when I dropped Mr GG off at golf. Nothing of note yesterday but met some lovely new people :T.

Thanks KC. Nothing of note today, apart from sparrows sitting on our paella pan and helping themselves :mad::rotfl:.
Bank went ok yesterday but Miguel wasn't there(what a waste of lippy
). Went to Lidl's and as we got to the till they were handing out free boxes of Halloween icelollies :T.
Flipping scorchio today . Long, long walk on the beach :T, unfortunately when I took my blister plaster off my heel it took the remaining skin with it _pale_. Can't leave to heal naturally as you need to wear shoes with ankle straps for driving so need a plaster then.
2 hours of house admin today . Not impressed .A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Tsk! See, there would be no reason for you to come round to mine gally, even if mojitos were on offer, our swifts, swallows and house martins follow planning procedure to the letter! No porticos, columns, gargoyles nor unnecessary adornments here! :rotfl: How much are they *paying* the local council to get away with those added inches???? :rotfl:
Regarding the oleander - it is a scented plant isn't it? Does it release it's scent in the sunlight or at night? I'm not sure whether *all* night scented plants are more likely pollinated by moths... I'm also not sure whether we can grow them here - I've only heard reference to oleander in the States.
Very disappointed that there were no kisses on the bottom..... of your official banking documentation.....

Very disappointed that there were no kisses on the bottom..... of your official banking documentation...... Not sure about oleander being fragrant as I only really see them in the wild, also right down the middle of the autovia :T, they are actually poisonous I believe.
I too was disappointed about the lack of kisses on the bottom - story of my life :rotfl:.Pearla*Merle wrote: »So that's what you were up to! I saw the fitbit scores come in and I thought you'd spent the whole day on a treadmill
:rotfl:Much hotter than that . Not sure how many steps today will bring but should be a few later on :T. Need to get off the sofa though.
