I decided my lists had to be no longer than 5 items and even then I was hopeless! I was trying to explain to someone who wants me to give up my entire afternoon for his 1-2-1 tai chi classes that I have one day off in the week to pack in things like appointments to get hair chopped, do stuff in town, do stuff in the house, chill... I gave up in the end :-)
