Liked the shower in the flat though
I quite like the shower but the kitchen is a bit too brutally angular for me. And if I happened to have £21m to spend on a home, I can think of places where it would get me a lot more than a 4-bed flat.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

It's completely crazy isn't it? I genuinely wouldn't want to live there (which is just as well :money:).A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Happy Sunday GG, I was telling Mr. Hbbb and DSD about the flat yesterday ... madness! I do like the layout. But like you said, there's far better out there for that kind of money!
I quite like the sound of Tilly's Island too. xStash busting 2014 45 / 60 (balls of yarn)!

So all the more amazing that first week's weigh-in with bossy friend had a 2.5lbs weight loss :T.
In other news.......... house sales went through today and new tenants moved in - they collected keys before I did :rotfl:. As birdie house was cheaper than the one we sold we've moved money to savings and offset. Overall balance tonight stands at 41.9k. So that's around 42k paid off this month, unfortunately it won't be as high next month or it would all be paid off
. Still, estimated payoff date of Sept 15 so not too shabby .
I seem to be surrounded in paperwork at the moment. Working from home in the kitchen tomorrow as paper gremlins have had a mahoosive party in the study , but splashed out on 4 folders from Mr M tonight so tomorrow night will see it all organised :T.
