PS can you send me the Doritos recipe?
Go to supermarket. Check if they're on offer. They're not. Don't buy. Look at supermarket version. Decide they 'don't look nice'. Don't buy. Repeat till Doritos on offer.

When on offer, decide which flavour to buy. Decide on Chilli Heatwave as they'll go nicely with homemade minty yogurt:A.

    Serving Suggestion:
CBA with homemade minty yogurt. Serve with cooling white wine instead :T.

It does get a bit technical but basically give it a go, it usually works out ok. Best to keep some Pringles in reserve though.

So, while some of you have been reading books with pretty pictures, others have been carrying on with money saving matters - yesterday I bought some hand creams for stocking fillers for 2014. And tonight I've ordered a £10 Next voucher for 2014 pressies.

:rotfl: Will be December 14 before I do anything else :rotfl:.

Trying to be organised (but not in a Newgirly way as that list was WAY too scary ) so:
    • Do a full days work (which involves a list of Newgirly proportions )
    • [STRIKE]Pop to Mr M to get drawing pins[/STRIKE]DONE - WENT TO SAINSBUGS INSTEAD
    • Get diesel
    • Return parcel with Collect+ - except I collected it yesterday and shop still showing as waiting collection so can't generate a returns number . Have emailed them.
    • [STRIKE]Phone one website with a query (best think of one ;)) and finish off last edig survey. £144 coming my way, around £100 hopefully arriving today or tomorrow :T[/STRIKE]DONE
    • Hang up card holder with said drawing pins. Currently draped across floor with cards attached
    • Wrap remaining presents which involves shredding tissue paper.
    • Write remaining cards
    • Contact friend 1 about meeting for lunch next week
    • [STRIKE]Contact friend 2 about meeting up next week[/STRIKE]DONE
    • [STRIKE]Find a jar of Stilton which doesn't involve going to M&S on Xmas Eve . Otherwise it's a big chunk of Stilton. Harder to wrap :rotfl:. Buy bread while I'm there. And salad leaves. And Xmas Eve dinner. Whatever it may be. ETA - and fresh herbs ETA - cod, eggs and lemons. Not necessarily for the same dish ;)[/STRIKE]DONE
    • Get ready to start money shuffle tonight - being paid tomorrow but usually in an hour or so early :T
    • [STRIKE]Shower, wash hair, make self look beautiful (may be gone some time :p)[/STRIKE] DONE
    • [STRIKE]Bring bins in, having remembered to put them out 1 day early :T[/STRIKE]1/2 DONE - AT GATE
    • Move a few things in garage so car can go in. Actually, so CLEAN car can go in as it had its Xmas wash yesterday :D.
    • [STRIKE]Decide on Xmas Eve dinner.[/STRIKE] DONE. COD WITH CHORIZO OF SOME DESCRIPTION AND A PUDDING WITH FLOUR :eek::eek: (I don't do baking :o)
That'll do to be getting on with

  • Gally - do your nearest and dearest take the proverbial for being so organised? Mine would bang on about it all year if I got stocking fillers over a year in advance. They think its hilarious if I start Chrimble shopping in October!

PS. What hand cream and where can I get some???!!!!
