Up at 2.30, having been wide awake since 1. Not so :rotfl:.
Decided to treat myself by moving around money from maturing reg savers 1 day early (forfeiting around £1 interest ). Will report back......A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

ISA topped up to max
FlexDirect topped up to max
Offset topped up to 1k emergency savings
Money left in current account for mortgages and insurances
BTL OP of balance of 2k
Although overall debt remains the same it's obviously saved some interest and overall MF date has dropped a month from June 16 to May 16 (well, actually it's dropped 1 day from 1st June to 31st May, but who's counting :rotfl:). Also I'll just squeak into the 97k's after all, assuming rent gets paid :T.
It's been lovely watching savings balances increase every month - but it felt even better to actually make a capital payment off mortgage. Looking forward to many more till it's gone as only one £300 reg saver now, so rest of monthly OP's can go to BTL until next tax year and its massive new ISA rates :rotfl:.
Oh, and Tilly Tidy of £1.36A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Tell me you managed to go back to sleep ?
Excellent financial manipulations in the dead of the night :rotfl:

 Slept 7 hours last night - gotta love Nytol
No pennies to Tilly Tidy. However, I've just found £300 (£305.01 to be precise
) as I completely missed ISA interest paid last month. I only need another £35 over projected payments to knock another day off to 30/5/16
. But then it's serious money - to knock a month off will be another 3.9k :eek::eek:. So, May 16 will be it until we sell BTL 2, buy another and see where that leads us. Am hoping we will buy something a little cheaper - looks like we can get a higher rent, better yield and much less maintenance for 10 - 20k less :T.

Sounds amazing! Do you have a portfolio of BTLs then? Or just the one you are looking to change?M3 Dec2015 #160 Target £150,000 (BU £155000)0

Well, mortgages out but online balance not updated yet. 3 lots of rent due, none paid yet, don't these people know I've been up since 6 :rotfl:. It will all be going as BTL1 OP's. I've already OP'd £8 (combo of NW interest and Tilly Tidy). If they all pay today (unlikely as 1 is a dozy mare ) I could be making a total of 4 OP's today, depending on when money shows up. Even by my standards that's impressive :rotfl:.

I've always found that Nytol gives me funny dreams - you know the ones - where you wake up angry as hell because your wife picked the toaster over you to play dodgeball in Primary School :rotfl:0
