    Can't actually see it on Ryanair's site but it was on MSE so must be true :D. Don't think main bag affected.

    :eek: Ed, not good.

    May have a little look at flights for Easter later, having spent much of the evening watching funny cats on youtube :rotfl:.

  • Just returned from Berlin with EasyJet where everyone was made to put handbags etc in the hand luggage as you can only take one piece of hand luggage on board. The flight was very full - they were less officious on the way out when the flight was less busy. They were also scrutinising hand luggage size very closely and several passengers were sent to the check-in to have hand luggage put into the hold - at a cost of €50 per piece of luggage!

    I always make sure my handbag will fit in my case (well, if I sit on it or tipped everything out to lie flat :D) and suitcase is slightly smaller than they allow, but will be avoiding sleazyjet if possible now they are not guaranteeing it won't be put in hold.

  • Hi Gallygirl - just wanted to poke my head round the door to let you know how much I'm loving your thread (just caught up) - many a stifled snigger had by me whilst relaxing on the sofa with DH. A great way to spend that extra hour that we don't normally have :)

    So, managed to dismantle large wardrobe (with much stress!). Managed to move it in bits into other bedroom. Managed to move smaller wardrobe into its new home. Now to rebuild large wardrobe so spare bed doesn't look like a badly laid out car boot stall :o. Not 100% convinced I can do this on my own. If I don't reappear......... I'll be in Narnia :eek:

    PFTP - glad my troubled life brings you pleasure ;)

    If you're reading this Mr GG - :kisses2:. May even check the thanks this time :rotfl:.

    Escaped from Narnia lion-349.gif.

    Mission failed :( Not sure if the Allen key has worn itself out or the screw thingies* are poor quality but can't get a lot of them to do up. Will need to get new keys during week and try again :(. At least I've got the frame built and floor done up apart from one screw thingy* which needs tightening. Most of top needs tightening, then need to rehang one door and refit back panelling. It's a triple wardrobe and heavy and I was on my own so quite pleased/suprised I got as far as I did :rotfl:.

    * technical term :D

  • Hi GG,

    Thanks to you I received a £20 cheque from eDig - going towards mortgage OP :-). Hope you have received your share. If only I had a bit more time to complete those online assignments to earn a bit more.

    Glad you've got it:)

    They've dried up a bit at the moment, hopefully there will be a new wave soon.
