Will you turn the bricks green once the payments have been made?
Yup - every month another one or two change green :)

I LOVE the house! Is there any way you can post this so it can be downloaded and used? I'm not very good with excel - except staring at it and willing it to change. It would be great to adapt to see my home ownership progress. Thanks for this fantastically motivating tool GG.
Still striving to be mortgage free before I get to a point I can't enjoy it.

PM me your email address and I'll bung it over. Let me know the value of your house and your outstanding mortgage and I'll try to build one the right size :rotfl:.

Oh oh oh GG can I please please have one too? I'm ok with Excel so if you just send me yours, I can follow what you've done and build one for myself.

It is very useful having a visual representation of what you're doing with your money that gives you the picture at a glance. I used to do a graph of my debts and it was heartening to see the line going up towards £0. :) Maybe I should do that now for my savings? ... Anyway, that's one way in which the house calendar is such a good idea. :)
