I bought two duvet sets the other day and showed them to my lovely man - was so proud I'd managed to find the same shade of duck egg that is in the curtains in one set but he preferred the plain cream set (where's that rolling eye emoticon when you need it?)

Gally Girl: I didn't realise you too had your own diary on here! :)

Considering (this morning) I feel quite determined once the debts are paid to try and get rid of my own mortgage ASAP, I thought I'd follow you. :)

Oh dear Alex. This morning's spends are very out of the norm. I'm normally very disciplined. Never, ever make impulsive purchases. Nope, won't catch me recklessly buying houses or anything :p

Blossoms? Mine is sort of full blown garden :rotfl:

I didn't know pressure cookers had gone digital either till Saturday - last one is going with DS but one previous to that was +30 years old! Not just digital but electric and still use to brown meat etc. sounds like it will be large though
All part of my cunning plan to eat well for tuppence once DS moves out. Especially as Mr GG has announced he doesn't like couscous! I think I have enough to last till move to Spain :rotfl:
