  • Hello,

Yes, it is right to feel fortunate and grateful that we are healthy and with loved ones to enjoy holidays. However, we shouldn't lose sight of the sheer hard work that you have put in to make it happen. You deserve the holidays and goodies as they didn't come from good luck.

    So enjoy to the full!

The fact I am healthy enough for the 12 mile walk  we have planned for today
Well, we proved we are indeed healthy enough for a 12 mile walk :T:j:T

Unfortunately we reckon it was actually 13 miles, last one was a killer :rotfl:

Hee hee.... just caught up with your diary GG. Had lots of chuckles as i sit in my sickbed, full of flueyness and dreaming I was on a terrace, eating seranno ham in the sunshine. I love the hiijacking of your diary by Mr GG too. Won't let my OH near mine as he would corrupt everyone with his 3 unruly disorganised freezers and impulse buying
Enjoy the rest of your holiday. When are you back?

Oh dear, hope you feel better soon. If its any consolation, although I am still outside, sun has just gone behind hill and I have my blankie on again :rotfl:

    Few days left yet :)

Happy Easter everyone :D. Hope you all have exciting days ahead. We'll be walking to nearest town to watch Saint Peter discover the empty tomb and then run around looking for Jesus. On a bier (is that the right word?) carried by about 20 young men. Great spectacle, lots of costumes, including penitents with hoods (think Ku Klux Clan , they got the idea from Catholicism ). And also watch the locals in all their finery. Even Mr GG enjoys this one :D. Need to get a move on as we've lost an hour out here as well :(.

Someone has stolen our holiday. Only 2 days left :(. Has reinforced why we're doing what we're doing so will go back with renewed vigour :T. Till the alarm goes off on 1st day back.....

Harrumph :( last day and workmen have started early and are burning weeds nearby. Smoke is going to drive me indoors I think

Yesterday's procession was curtailed due to RAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! Though in the UK we'd have said we got off lightly as it was only a prolonged shower :rotfl:. Some of it was held in church instead and I ended up in pulpit watching it. I think I've missed my vocation :A as it felt good up there :rotfl:. Lovely, informal atmosphere (hence why I was in the pulpit, I wasn't the only one :D)

Smoke too smelly so will leave Mr GG with iRene and have another coffee on the roof in the sun instead :)

Wish I was having coffee on the roof, in the sun, in Spain:cool:

Enjoy final day of holiday, and remember with smoking weeds it's probably best to tell people that you didn't inhale;)

Doesn't the smoke rise and get you on the roof too?
    Enjoy your last day.
