    So, making a Nigel Slater lemon pudding. Included in the recipe are the phrases 'at this point it may curdle' and 'dodgy-looking batter'. I think I've got it spot on :rotfl::T:j:o.

    It was absolutely gorgeous - light fluffy sponge with a sea of lemon custard, deceptively light. I say deceptively light as I had 2 portions and couldn't move the rest of the night :rotfl:.

    Lovely day yesterday, great to be cooked for all day after brekkie :T. Back to reality today, spilled tea on the sofa and think I'm getting a cold :(
